"Sear it over high heat" - not just a figure of speech.
wanted to try out the new pan right away, so I followed my usual routine: turned on the stove and chopped up some vegetables. Yes, but with this pan, everything heats up much faster and feels significantly hotter. It definitely lived up to its promise of searing – even though I almost burned the vegetables!
