Perfect for me

only conditionally suitable for induction cooktops
The 28 cm coated serving pan is only partially suitable for induction cooktops. At medium temperatures, the heat is distributed well across the entire pan, but at low temperatures, which are typically used for longer braising, the food only simmers in a small inner circle, and the heat distribution to the outside is ineffective. I would not buy this pan again; disappointing for WMF.
