What a shame! The coating's durability was unexpectedly poor.
To begin with, the heat output and distribution are fine, the proportions are great, and the pan is a dream to use on the induction cooktop. The pan is always hand-washed and then oiled, and we're careful not to overheat it while cooking and frying, using only plastic spatulas and spoons. And yet: after 12 months, the coating was already severely worn, and now after 18 months, it's completely gone. I even boiled the pan with vinegar and baking soda – no change, the coating has simply worn away. I really expected much more from a premium brand like WMF; I could have saved my money and bought something far cheaper. What a shame.

Absolutely dissatisfied.
The coating on the pan only lasted a year. After that, I couldn't use it anymore, even though I was extremely careful when using it and avoided high heat, salt, the wrong oils, etc.
