Heats up super fast and delivers perfect results even at low temperatures
The pan heats up incredibly quickly; with induction, a slightly higher medium temperature is sufficient for excellent results. Don't set it too hot, it doesn't need it!

The Steak & Professional frying pan is perfect. We are very satisfied with the product and the non-stick coating. We specifically chose this product because it is more durable than ceramic. Furthermore, the frying pan has a long lifespan with proper use, which includes not overheating any coated frying pan and not using sharp utensils in it. We use silicone spatulas, which are easy to clean and absolutely perfect. We also bought the 28cm and 24cm glass lids for the frying pan, which fit perfectly. We have been using WMF products for decades and have never been disappointed. A clear recommendation to buy. Thank you, WMF!

Not convinced
We've had this pan for 1.5 years. I bought it because the coating was supposed to be free of harmful substances. We use it about 2-3 times a week, and even though we never use the highest heat setting on the stove and treat the pan with the utmost care, everything sticks (despite using enough oil) and it's impossible to clean properly anymore. I thought for the price we'd have a pan that would last us a long time, but now we'll soon need a new one... I'm disappointed.
