Best pan ever
Great for stir-fries, including vegetables. Nothing sticks or burns, crispy on the outside with a rich roasted flavor, and nice and juicy on the inside. I'm very satisfied.

It combines the worst of both worlds.
This is by far the worst pan I have ever bought! On the plus side: it looks good, feels good in the hand, and has great workmanship. But: everything sticks, burns, and it's difficult to clean. Dishes like an omelet are impossible; you have to scrape it off, and there's no way food slides out. Conclusion: Despite its great looks, it's useless and will go in the trash after only five uses.

Great design and good frying properties.
I've only used my professional resistance pan twice so far. I'm completely satisfied and hope it stays that way. The handle design could be improved, as it's hollow and open on one side, making it difficult to clean when needed.
