Actually the best mishap I know
I've had this pan for a year and I'm so happy with it. The coating is excellent and the pan is incredibly easy to clean. And thanks to its all-metal construction, it's so easy to put in the oven. Now I've ordered this pan as a gift for friends. But unfortunately, I noticed that, just like on my pan, the coating no longer extends all the way to the rim. I find that disappointing. That's why I'm only giving it 4 stars.

Consistently excellent quality!!
Used very little oil, excellent frying at high temperatures, even eggs and fried potatoes turned out perfectly without sticking, super easy to clean, I would buy it again and again :)

Absolutely top pan
The lower rating looks like it was given by a beginner, hence the poor rating. With this pan, you'll be the chef in any kitchen; highly recommended.

Absolutely disappointed.
These pans are disappointing and a complete waste of money. Everything sticks to them, even eggs and bacon! Cleaning them by hand is a nightmare, which is very unexpected for such expensive products! I would return them as soon as possible and will contact the store directly.

I love this pan
I have been using this pan for everything, from deep frying, slow cooking sauces/beans and cooking thick pieces of meat. Nothing sticks to that surface and it is super resistant. The thin base distributes the heat pretty well and since it's pure steel (almost, pure metal still) you can use it on the oven no problem. Working great on my induction stove, not getting the handle hot at all. Have not tested it on a regular stove tho so the previous feedback might still be valid as well.

This pan, when used with an induction cooktop, is absolutely fantastic and should be a staple in every kitchen! Everything cooks perfectly in no time – from juicy steaks to scrambled eggs – without burning or sticking. Important: only plastic utensils (spatulas, spoons, etc.) should be used to avoid damaging the honeycomb structure and coating! Simply superb, and cooking is a real pleasure!

Perfect!
I can't understand the other reviews at all!!! The pan heats up quickly, nothing sticks, and cleaning is so incredibly easy!!! I would buy this pan again and again.

Disappointing
Unhappy from day one. I invested money in a supposedly "good" pan, but it didn't live up to the good description. Unfortunately, I can't do anything about it now because I've misplaced the receipt. :( What a waste of money...

Handle gets too hot
I was disappointed to find out that the panhandle gets extremely hot, so I can only touch the handle with a potholder. I use a gas burner on my stove, but I have never had this problem with any other pans. I wanted to return the pan to the store but they won't accept it since it has been used now. I refuse to believe that the issue of heat conduction was ignored when the pan was designed, and I am wondering what could be the reason?
