Ideal handle pan
This pan is especially good for perfectly cooked meat dishes. The textured base allows fat or oil to drain freely. Its square shape makes it ideal for even large cuts of meat. No sticking and excellent heat distribution. This pan is simply brilliant.

The grill pan is large enough to cook for six people at once, and you don't really need any oil. Our first meals were very successful.
