It is frequently used
So far, I've used it to fry slices of pork with onions. However, I'm being more careful now. I only heat it slowly and only use plastic-coated spatulas and spoons. My previous pans always scratched easily. Otherwise, I really like it and I'm sure I'll use it a lot. Unfortunately, the pans have become very expensive. Ideally, I'd like to review them in a year so I can better assess their durability and stability. That would be a true review, not one based on just one week of use!

Good but not perfect
The pan's coating makes it very good for frying. It would be even better if the coating extended to the edges. What's really bad about this pan is that the handles get extremely hot and can only be touched with oven mitts. At this price, this should be better designed, as other pans handle this aspect more effectively.

Best pans ever
The pan impresses with its quality, and food cooks perfectly even at low heat. I'm gradually replacing my old coated pans with it. I'm extremely satisfied. I became aware of these pans with the honeycomb base through the cooking competition. The purchase was well worth it, especially since there was a WMF sale on at the time.
