The pan is impressive simply because of its weight. It only needs heat setting 6 out of 9 to produce those delicious roasted flavors. Fantastic.

Before buying the WMF Profi Resist, I researched it very thoroughly. I not only read the entire sales page but also checked the linked instruction manual. Since 80 euros is a lot of money for a pan, I didn't make the purchase decision lightly. The deciding factor for me was the statement on the sales page that the pan was "ideal for gently and with little fat frying delicate foods." That's precisely why I chose this model. After buying it, I prepared an egg dish and was extremely disappointed with the result. This didn't seem to match the pan's claim of being specifically advertised for gently frying delicate foods. I couldn't explain it at first, so I did some more research. In addition to the general instruction manual for pans and woks on the sales page, I came across another, specific instruction manual just for the WMF Profi Resist. This wasn't immediately obvious. And that's precisely where I found the crucial clue: the pan, due to its honeycomb structure, is only conditionally suitable for dishes containing flour or eggs. In my opinion, this is highly misleading. As a vegetarian, this point is essential for me. I primarily use pans for eggs, potato dishes, vegetables, and similar delicate foods, not for meat, poultry, or fish. Had I seen clearly and transparently before purchasing the pan that it was only conditionally suitable for egg dishes, I very likely wouldn't have bought it. The customer support response was particularly disappointing. I explained the situation in detail and pointed out that I had bought the pan specifically because of its advertised suitability for delicate foods. The only response was that they regretted my dissatisfaction, but that the pan was indeed unsuitable for eggs or flour products and a return was no longer possible. In essence, the support team confirmed the very problem that, in my view, wasn't clearly apparent before the purchase. I'm doubly disappointed with WMF here: first by what I consider to be misleading product presentation, and then by customer support that offers no real solution. I would have expected significantly more transparency, fairness, and customer focus from a brand like WMF. My conclusion: an expensive pan, a disappointing result, contradictory or hard-to-find information, and support that ultimately doesn't really help. Definitely not recommended by me.

I was initially thrilled with the pan. After a year of use, I can no longer recommend it. The entire honeycomb structure is coming loose, despite careful handling. I even gave one away as a gift, and it has the same problem. The customer service leaves much to be desired.

The pan cooks evenly and nothing sticks. It's also easy to wash by hand.

The honeycomb coating starts peeling off after about two years. The scrap dealer is happy... I'm very disappointed.
