Profi Resist fry pan 28cm full coated

The pan cooks evenly and nothing sticks. It's also easy to wash by hand.

Used it for the first time today. The non-stick surface is very good so far. Unfortunately, the handle gets a bit too hot.

This is the best pan on the market, in my opinion! It fries beautifully, nothing sticks, and it's by far the most durable pan I've owned. It gets a lot of use and goes in the dishwasher every time after cooking, even though that's not recommended. I have it in both large and small sizes. It also looks really stylish.

simply wanted a good, solid frying pan that I could use for a long time, not a flimsy one! So I took my time to compare and ask questions. Sure, there were much more expensive options, but I wanted something affordable. It was also very important to me that it be an original WMF pan and not a generic one, as the latter can't quite match the quality. That's why I chose WMF, even though it cost a bit more. What can I say? I'm happy with this pan. The delivery was super fast.

The pans arrived quickly and well-packaged. The quality and workmanship of the pans seem good, and they sit flat on the cooktop. They also look very high-quality. It could have been so wonderful... The first frying session brought disillusionment and disappointment. As described, the pans were rinsed with hot water and lightly oiled. Then it was time to fry the first schnitzel. The pan was heated to medium heat (induction cooktop with pan detection and automatic temperature control), and regular margarine was used as the fat. So, nothing unusual for frying. So far, so good. So, schnitzel in, and time to fry. Sure, with medium heat, it takes a little longer for the schnitzel to turn golden brown. But the disappointment came when turning the schnitzel. Great, bits of the breading stuck to the bottom of the pan and, more importantly, remained stuck. So much for the non-stick coating. When the schnitzel was finally cooked, there was a considerable amount of burnt-on food residue on the bottom of the pan. Despite frying over medium heat, and my intention to be extra careful, the residue wouldn't simply wipe off with a paper towel. Only a brief soak in water and dish soap finally loosened the food residue, and the pan was clean. Sorry, but I expect more from a pan that costs nearly €100. My previous, much cheaper non-stick pan was significantly better. I'd rather buy a slightly cheaper pan more often than be annoyed by an expensive one that doesn't live up to its promises. After all, the advertising claims it's "...the pan for life...". I definitely cannot recommend this pan and will be returning it.

Fry quickly with a little fat/oil. Cleans up quickly.
