Very friendly advice

It heats up very quickly and retains heat for a long time. Nothing sticks to it and it's easy to clean. Everyone loves it.

The pans have been used multiple times for various purposes. They are very easy to handle and the food has always been cooked perfectly. Handwashing is a breeze. We definitely recommend this product!

Perhaps I've just been lucky so far, but after more than a year the coating hasn't changed, even though the pans, especially the 28cm ones, are in regular use. The pans are heavy and feel high-quality.

After almost three months of regular use, we noticed small holes in the coating. We showed the pan to a WMF store today, and they told me we hadn't used it properly and had overheated it. They said the pan isn't meant for searing meat, but only for low heat for vegetables, eggs, and fish. We didn't cook steak in the pan, but rather stir-fries where you brown the meat beforehand. No, we didn't overheat the pan, even though the store claimed we did. We cooked with a pan from another well-known manufacturer for years, and it lasted. We haven't changed our cooking habits. Neither the online description nor the instruction manual warned against overheating the pan. We specifically chose this model because of its description as being particularly robust. It's a shame, WMF, that the advertised quality of your products doesn't match reality. I advise against buying this pan if you're looking for an everyday pan and not just for special dishes that don't require high heat.

The coating deteriorates very quickly, resulting in more browning than desired. The non-stick coating is practically gone after about 10 uses and hand washing. Until then, it offers good heat conductivity and easy handling.
