I like the product, but customer service isn't responding.
We are generally very satisfied with the cookware set; however, one lid has manufacturing defects which we immediately reported with photos. Unfortunately, no one has responded to our complaint to this day. This is very disappointing and does not reflect well on the customer service.

Labels on every pot are very annoying!
Very nice pots, but unfortunately, the labels on the side of each pot are poorly placed and cannot be removed completely. This significantly diminishes the overall enjoyment!
