No assessment possible, as no service or support is provided.
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the pots because WMF is incapable of providing support. I ordered on March 19th. The website indicated delivery between March 21st and 23rd, but I haven't received them as of today, March 27th. WMF only reported the shipment to DHL on March 23rd, and it's been stuck ever since. No feedback, no phone call, nothing from WMF. This is my first time buying WMF, and I will probably NEVER buy WMF again.

Excellent handling
After four days, my purchase decision has been completely confirmed. Even though we haven't cooked or washed with it very often yet, I'm very optimistic that it will stay that way. The pots and lids were securely packaged, and there were no manufacturing residues upon unpacking. The lids are flawlessly crafted, the handle screws on perfectly, and the hot pot itself feels very comfortable in the hand. WMF has once again lived up to its reputation.
