Stew pan with lid 28cm deep
This was my first non-stick pan from WMF. I am very happy! The food is always well cooked, juicy and tasty. The non-stick coating is very good. It is easy to clean - in about 2-3 minutes, after wiping with kitchen paper and/or washing with water it is ready to use again. It is really a good investment!

The coating is also peeling off the second pan.
If there's black coating residue in the scrambled eggs, I don't want to use the pan anymore. But it's too expensive for that. I also have a small Profi Select serving pan. That one doesn't have this problem. The large one is still my favorite pan, though. Can't you get it recoated by WMF? That would be a great solution. It's such a shame to throw it away.

Coating is peeling off
The coating started peeling off within 3 weeks. My Aldi frying pan, which I've had for 5 years, is of better quality.

The pan is great, but the coating is peeling off...
Only if it's constantly overheated. --> Heat resistant up to 180°C means that you shouldn't/must not set the plate to full power...
