Excellent workmanship.
I'm so glad I chose this fish pan. I just fried a sea bream in it, and the result was excellent: great heat distribution, nothing stuck, and the pan is the perfect length so the whole fish is in contact with the pan. Simply superb. I highly recommend it.

Best fish pan
This is the second time I've bought this fish pan. I bought the first one over ten years ago. I'm so glad I was able to buy it again. It's the perfect size, the handles are well-attached, and the coating is excellent. I don't just use it for fish, but also for things like Wiener Schnitzel. I highly recommend it.
