Not suitable for low oil levels…
Unfortunately, this isn't the right pan for me, as even with 2 teaspoons of oil, fried eggs still tend to stick slightly to the bottom.

All the features listed in the advertisement are accurate. Great for frying, even heat distribution delivers excellent results.

Top frying pan
Having already purchased two "Profi Resist frying pans, 28 cm" and had excellent experiences with them, I decided to try the 24 cm pan as well. This pan is also absolutely top-notch and has proven itself every time. It's worth mentioning that there are two different WMF pans with the same name: "Profi Resist frying pan, 28 cm". One has a coated inner rim, while the other has an uncoated stainless steel inner rim. I have the coated version, and whether I've made pancakes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or cooked meat, nothing has stuck. Everything releases effortlessly and just floats on the coating (oiled, induction cooktop, setting 6 out of 9). That's how it should be. I can highly recommend this pan as well. Unfortunately, there isn't a 20 cm pan in this series.

Super great pan
I love this pan – you can sear everything perfectly with very little oil! The base is sturdy and the steak gets a great color! Cleaning is a breeze! However, I've long since gotten into the habit of washing my pans by hand – this increases their lifespan and keeps them looking perfect.
