Great pan
previously had the "old" model, where only the base is coated and the inner rim is stainless steel. I only noticed this after receiving my order. I was/am very happy with the pan, even though it's unfortunately not "Made in Germany," which I much prefer. Unfortunately, I accidentally overheated my old pan, so it no longer cooks optimally. Hence the new order!

I already had this pan in 28cm and was very satisfied; after a year, the pan still looks like new! With this promotion, the price-performance ratio is excellent! WMF is great.

convincing quality
We own several coated pans from different brands, but have never been truly satisfied. Even with other high-quality WMF series – we have several sizes and types – the durability has never been entirely convincing. We've been using the Profi Resist braising pan (28cm) for some time now and are very happy with it, so we recently bought the smaller (24cm) version from the same series. The honeycomb structure seems slightly less refined than on our year-old braising pan, but so far we're very pleased with this one as well. Money well spent.

Very good product
The pan is better than promised. According to the description, it's not supposed to be so good for egg dishes. The tester must have let it get too hot. We have an induction cooktop, which is easy to adjust. You can fry with significantly less fat than usual. After use, simply rinse it with paper towels, and you're done.
