Fantastic pan!! I've had this 28cm pan for two years now. It simply works! The coating lives up to its promises, whereas with other, cheaper brands, scratches or damage would be visible long ago. It's better to spend a little more than to buy new pans every two years! I've now ordered the smaller, more manageable 24cm pan. I'm really looking forward to it!

That convinced me.
I don't understand the bad reviews here. The pan works perfectly. You just mustn't let it get too hot. Then nothing sticks and it's very easy to clean. For an electric stove (ceramic hob), only use full power briefly; then half power is sufficient to sear meat beautifully. Egg dishes should generally not be cooked on full heat, as this pan is very efficient at dissipating heat. I'm going to buy another one.

Great product
Anyone who can't handle this great pan should learn the basics of cooking or give up cooking altogether! Instead of throwing it in the trash, they should give it to someone who can cook and appreciates a good pan!

Great pan!
This pan is worth every penny! I don't understand the negative reviews! Of course, every pan needs fat or oil! Besides, you should know how to use your stove. I've already seared steaks, chicken, and vegetables in it, and nothing stuck! The meat releases itself if there's not enough fat. In that case, you just need to turn down the heat and be patient! Deglazing the pan also helps!

Perfect for roasted aromas
have them in 24 cm and 28 cm and they're my favorite pans. They really shine when cooking anything that needs to be fried at high heat. Seared meat is especially delicious (of course, only in winter when the grill is off). I love using these pans and haven't found any downsides.
