I have been very satisfied in the past.
We've been using the silver polish pads for a long time and are happy to recommend them. Unfortunately, the quality of the last package was extremely poor: so many silver particles came loose from all three pads that they were unusable. Sadly, WMF customer service didn't respond to our message. Very disappointing...
