Frying pan
am very unhappy with the pan. I do not recommend it. Whatever you put on it immediately sticks. I also bought the special sponges from the cleaning store and they do not work. I told the store where I bought it and they did not pay attention to me.

After 2/3 of the use it started to stick, burn and smoke. It is now unusable. There is no way to clean it. Any pan for 50lv. will do you a much better job. 236lv in the bucket..

Unfortunately, it turned out not to be what I expected. After the second use, it is literally impossible to clean, it requires very strong rubbing to be able to clean it. I really regret this purchase of mine, I will definitely not repeat it. P.P. I think that by law, the goods should have translated institutions in Bulgarian, and in this case there were none.

Non-stick coating gone in 4 months
With this shelf life, the price should be around €10, but considering that they need to be reordered every few months, from a customer's perspective it's practically zero. From WMF's point of view, it also doesn't reflect well on their sustainability efforts that their products, marketed as durable, don't even last six months.

Great pan with one huge BUT
The pan impresses with its high heat resistance and oven-safe design. BUT: Why is there NO splatter guard available for WMF square pans (GENERALLY!!!)? I'm forced to switch to the "WOLL" brand to use my pan to its full potential. Really???? Extremely unsatisfactory at this price point. That's why I'm only giving it 2 stars, because the other features and advantages of this brand-name product are truly convincing.

Poor service
We are disappointed with the practices of the WMF online shop. Of our first order, which included a €15 discount for two pans, one arrived damaged, even though the shipping box itself was undamaged. We were told it was impossible to send a replacement pan. After persistent inquiries, we received a €10 voucher for a pan at list price, but it was again damaged, resulting in a €5 loss. We filed another complaint using the same voucher. The third delivery was almost satisfactory. However, the credit note was incorrect, showing a significantly lower amount than the original purchase price. We had ordered two pans but received nothing but additional hassle. Furthermore, the refund for the difference is taking much longer than expected. We will not be ordering from WMF online again.
