More than satisfied
I've had these pans in both sizes for two years. I've tried many, including expensive ones. After countless disappointments, I've finally found the pans I'll never part with. They're always quick to clean and the cooking results are fantastic. I'm going to give these pans to my daughter for Christmas. I can't understand Ammerland's criticism at all. Great product. Highly recommended!

Non-stick surface that works flawlessly in the long term
This non-stick system delivers consistently excellent results, is scratch-resistant, and durable. Nothing sticks to this pan, just like the 24cm model, and it's very easy to clean. I've been using these pans for about four years, and they haven't shown any signs of deterioration. I'm disappointed that they don't come in a 20cm diameter. Perhaps WMF will consider adding that size to their production. Actually, I was looking for this pan today while browsing their website and was surprised by the negative review of "Ammerland." That's why I'm writing this review now. Oh, and I probably don't need to mention that the handles stay cool ;-).
