Not even used yet - already broken
Unfortunately, the pan arrived with chips. After my email, I was told I would have had to fill out a form with the item number, order number, complaint details, etc., which was clearly too much hassle – so I simply returned the pan. Therefore, I don't know what it's like to fry anything in the pan – but I can tell that WMF's customer service is not customer-friendly.
