The product is great! But the service is not customer-oriented!!!
The casserole dish has already been used, great! However, be careful when ordering; WMF was unable to deliver the original item, and the full shipping costs were charged for the replacement order! Customer service offered no compensation! Disappointing!

Very satisfied
As usual with WMF products, I'm very happy with the saucepan. The water boils quickly thanks to the sturdy base, and my existing lids fit and seal perfectly. My only complaint is that the handle isn't very comfortable to hold.
