Top quality
The product description is completely accurate. The pan sits firmly on the hob, heats up very quickly, and the food browns evenly. It's also perfect for use on an induction hob. Unlike my previous pan, the WMF Profi Resist saves energy.

Top-quality pan, no non-stick effect
The pan makes a very high-quality impression, which is also noticeable in its weight, and it works wonderfully on my induction hob; it gets very hot. I deducted two stars because it doesn't have a non-stick coating.

Not as non-sticky as I thought
The pan feels very high-quality due to its weight, heats up quickly, and, as far as I can tell, has good heat distribution. However, due to the honeycomb structure of the stainless steel, the pan isn't as non-stick as I'd hoped. An omelet, for example, turns out much better in other pans and slides out of them more easily. Hopefully, the honeycomb structure will help the coating last a long time.
