There's a lot going on
Unfortunately, quite a lot of food sticks. However, thanks to the coating, it's easy to clean afterwards. We have a gas stove at home. Perhaps this isn't the right pan for that.

A top all-rounder for the kitchen!
I can use this pan to fry everything from fried eggs to steaks. Egg dishes turn out perfectly if I add a little more oil; for scrambled eggs, I heat the pan with butter and then turn off the stove to use the residual heat to cook perfect scrambled eggs that don't stick to the metal rack.
