I already bought the large pan and I'm still thrilled with it. The smaller model is just as good. It's simply wonderful to work with these pans in the kitchen. They're very easy to clean.

These are great pans; they do have a bit of weight to them, but they're still very easy to handle. However, I'm deducting one star because I personally find the handle gets quite hot when using the pan on the stove.
