Professional Resist handled pan
Despite instructions from the saleswoman, we initially started it at too high a temperature. Our mistake. Afterwards, we achieved a perfect result at a lower temperature.

Defect and complicated returns process
Unfortunately, the pan arrived with two defects in the coating. The returns process is very complicated, as I, as the customer, have to enter all the order information WMF has on file, such as the item number, into a form. The form itself also left a bad impression, as it threatens legal action – a strange kind of customer service!

Damaged goods upon delivery - lack of quality control?
The pan arrived the day after I ordered it – unfortunately, I can't assess its functionality because the coated rim is damaged in three places! I haven't even been able to try it on the stove. The return process was straightforward, but for the price and the WMF brand, I expected proper quality control. Sadly, this isn't the first product that hasn't met my expectations.

A "must-have" for every kitchen
I am absolutely thrilled with the properties of this pan - nothing sticks - all dishes can be prepared with very little fat - easy and quick to clean.
