Very poor quality with even worse customer service.
For almost 12 years we had "cheap" cutlery and never had any problems. Since we needed more pieces, we opted for the 60-piece Philadelphia cutlery set from WMF, a brand that's supposed to be known for quality. Which brings us to the point, supposedly... The cutlery was washed once in the dishwasher (without any other dishes) and was removed immediately after the cycle finished. Despite this, the cutlery is extremely stained. After a terrible experience with customer service (very unfriendly and incompetent), I was asked to send pictures and the receipt by email. As expected, WMF claims these are rust stains, but they aren't. I know exactly what rust stains look like on 18/10 stainless steel, and strangely enough, the cheap cutlery we had for around €50 never had any problems in the dishwasher. I can only advise everyone against WMF. If you need more opinions, feel free to Google "stains on WMF cutlery." The internet is full of it; unfortunately, we only noticed it too late.

Water stains
The cutlery is quite light and unfortunately has water spots after washing in the dishwasher, even though it's stored in a cutlery drawer and the dishwasher tablets contain rinse aid. I didn't have this problem with my old cutlery.
