Mini mill
I use the mill right by the stove, filled with pink rock salt. This way it's always within easy reach while cooking, plating, or even at the table. The stainless steel design goes with practically everything.

Impractical
It looks really chic... but it's incredibly difficult to fill. You have to remove the lid and then put the food to be ground next to the remaining rod in the middle. I bought the mill for my own homegrown and dried chilies. In the store, they had also filled it with chilies for decoration. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. As I said, filling it is a nightmare, and the grinding mechanism doesn't grip the chilies. It might work better with salt or pepper because there's more weight behind it to push down, but for me, it was a bad purchase.
