The pan is sturdy, durable, and nothing sticks to it. I love using it!

Ideal pan
...but please DO NOT fry in it with olive oil! It sticks. However, anything fried in it with butter or ghee turns out wonderfully, whether it's crisp vegetables or seared beef or tuna steak. I now have two of them! Absolutely recommended.

This pan is fantastic! Finally, no heavy, bulky frying pan. It can be quickly transferred to the oven and isn't cumbersome thanks to the two handles. Superb frying thanks to the non-stick coating, and so easy to clean! Finally, I've found MY perfect pan!

very good pan
Since I've had such great experiences with this pan (I've owned both sizes for several years now), I couldn't resist at this price. The pan is sturdy, practically self-cleaning (just water, a little dish soap, and you're done), and it also produces great bits when frying peas. I use it for almost everything: eggs, vegetables, meat, sauces. It always turns out perfectly.
