Except for the setting/ holes being too small
It's relatively easy to fill and close. However, if there are any spice residues in the (rotating) spice holes, it's more difficult to turn them to the next setting. The smallest holes are also much too small in my opinion; I didn't feel any salt coming out. This could be improved. Large quantities can be filled, which I appreciate.

Disappointing quality
The shakers look absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Spice leaks out of every single hole with every use, even those supposedly covered by the lid. This means the spice collects under the lid, and as soon as you turn the slider, it ends up all over the shaker and your hands. It's a huge mess every time. It's a real shame; I'm very disappointed with this product, especially considering WMF's otherwise excellent quality. I absolutely cannot recommend it.
