Nothing to show for it except expenses.
The sealing ring for my lid, which has a 22 cm diameter, unfortunately had a 24 cm diameter. Therefore, I sent it back at my own expense, expecting to receive a correct sealing ring. However, I was sorely mistaken; instead of a sealing ring, I received a credit note. So now I have no sealing ring, but I've out-of-pocket postage costs of €4.50. This is not how I envisioned a shopping experience.
