BLD KULT PRO POWER TABLE BLENDER

After I tried to turn on the mixer using the control knob, it simply broke inside and now spins freely. No chance of fixing it. Of course, it can't be repaired, and naturally, it happened outside of the warranty period....

Unfortunately, the cutting unit – or rather, what's attached to it – has now broken down. I would certainly be willing to order a replacement. But – no – it's not available... what a shame. I also find the noise level a bit excessive.

We bought this appliance at WMF's brick-and-mortar store in early June to support local businesses and avoid online retailers. Unfortunately, the appliance has a loose connection; it often won't turn on, which is especially annoying when the jug is full of fruit and liquid. The problem seems to be the cheaply made metal strip on the jug, which doesn't reliably activate the safety switch. Two cents more, and it wouldn't have been an issue... but it's "Made in China," cheaply made. Our complaint, which we made in the store in July, was met with reluctance. They couldn't understand the problem, wanted to send the appliance in for repair, and wait for a response. Great, if we had bought it online, a return and replacement would have been completely hassle-free. But the store refuses to replace it, saying it's not profitable. Okay, I guess soon they'll be able to do away with the physical store and the employees' salaries altogether. That's how you drive customers to online retailers. Back to the appliance: now it's gone, and the fruit we intended for smoothies is going to waste. We may have to order a replacement online at short notice, but it certainly will NOT be from WMF.

When the blender works, the blending results are good. The switch is faulty. The lid lock requires a lot of force. After three weeks of use, the jug handle cracked near the locking mechanism. Saturn's customer service was not helpful. Overall, a poor product for a €130 appliance.

After an incorrect operation of the control panel, the Kult Pro Power blender no longer switches on. A replacement drive unit is unavailable. The glass jug and all accessories are in perfect working order. Therefore, I am forced to buy a new blender and dispose of the glass jug – what a shame.

I'm very satisfied. I've been using the blender almost daily for smoothies for four years. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get replacement parts – I only need the jug, but it's currently unavailable.

Working with the blender is really fun. You can make great smoothies and there's enough space so you can make a lot. It's very easy to use.

I've been happy with the mixer so far. But there aren't even individual replacement parts available. I'm missing the small, transparent lid. To get that, I have to buy the entire container for €40. I find that outrageous.
