One star is still too much
I usually associate the WMF brand with quality, which is why we bought this hand blender. Unfortunately, the blender is a complete failure. No matter what I do, it splatters all over the kitchen. You'd think it would be better with the matching glass that comes with the set. But no. I definitely don't recommend buying it!

Despite the replacement, the second motor would also break down. The exchange process is complicated because the entire set has to be replaced. ????????????

Great joy, short-lived
Unfortunately, my device also broke down after only a year and started smoking. This is truly regrettable, as I was actually very impressed, especially with its many applications and performance. I'm usually very satisfied with WMF products, but this one completely contradicts that and is therefore anything but a sustainable/long-lasting product. A real shame.

One star is still too much…
Our hand blender broke down after only a few uses. Initially, customer service offered us a replacement part, but when it didn't arrive, I contacted them again after six weeks. Now they've informed me that there is no replacement part available. I now have to throw away all the accessories, as they aren't compatible with other WMF hand blenders. That's not what I call sustainable. I'm extremely disappointed. For the price, I expected something different. But other customers have already written similar reviews!

Broken after 2 years
I'm a regular customer at wmf, I don't know how many things I have such as cutlery, frying pan knives, wine accessories, coffee machine, etc.all of good quality and beautifully designed. But this stick blender is very poor quality! the stick connection broke months after the warranty expired. the plastic cup is in a state close to being thrown away, in the first uses it was all scratched and dull from washing in the machine, very disappointed.

It's broken several times already.
The immersion blender broke down after only a few uses. After it started smoking during normal use, there was a faint clicking sound, and then it stopped working altogether. WMF's customer service (in Switzerland) was unfortunately completely unhelpful and referred us back to the retailer. After sending the immersion blender in, we received a replacement a few weeks later, only for it to break down again immediately upon second use, accompanied by the exact same clicking sound. It seems as if a cable inside the blender has burned out. We didn't bother sending it back again! This does not live up to the otherwise typically high quality!

Sustainability is different
Stylish, but despite infrequent use and careful handling, it went up in smoke after three years – because the butter wasn't soft enough yet. It's a shame; I made it clear during the sales consultation that I was looking for a durable appliance. Now I can't even reach customer service to request a repair...
