With a little adjustment and good coffee beans, the machine makes excellent espresso and milk foam.
Great adjustment options, pleasant working environment, everything is stable and functional.

WMF espresso Pro
This machine is too much for both my wife and me. We can't get any crema, the pressure gauge only ever goes up to 4, we've tried many settings, used up and thrown away 1 kg of coffee – it's simply too complex, or rather, too complicated for the average consumer. On the plus side: the machine is well-made.

The great disappointment
bought the WMF Espresso Pro based on the many positive reviews, but I'm disappointed to find that the coffee is only brewed/extracted lukewarm. Adjusting the brewing temperature (currently 96 degrees) has no effect on the result. If this is a manufacturing defect, the machine is definitely going back. But the fact that a device costing almost €1000 is even shipped to customers in this condition is the real scandal. Did quality control drop the ball?

A perfect espresso machine
We bought the WMF Espresso Pro portafilter espresso machine two weeks ago. What initially won us over was the design. The design, the materials, and the many accessories are simply perfect. After several attempts, we fine-tuned it to our perfect taste. Once you've achieved that, it's a perfect machine.

Great, high-quality portafilter machine with easy operation
After my previous espresso machine had to be sent in for warranty repairs twice within six weeks, I started looking for something of higher quality – and found the Espresso Pro. The machine is simply fantastic. You can feel the quality as soon as you touch it; the portafilter is a true 58 mm, and the built-in scale, timer, and pressure display make it incredibly easy to prepare the perfect espresso. I am very happy with the machine.

The lid of the water tank was damaged upon delivery.
The delivery arrived four days ago, and upon unpacking, I discovered that the glass lid of the water tank was disintegrating into crystals. For the past four days, I've been trying to get a replacement lid. This is proving quite difficult with WMF customer service, and I still don't know what will happen next. I haven't been able to try out my machine yet...
