RRP increased for Black Friday
It might be a good machine. The MSRP was increased by €100 to make the offer seem better. This certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the supposedly reputable brand. I'll probably send the device back unopened.

Good, but not outstanding - it's a matter of taste...
The Lono looks stylish, but of course, some corners were cut in the details... You have to familiarize yourself with the settings to get good results. I expected it to be easier, as I previously had a foolproof capsule machine, and the results aren't as easy to match. Yes, it worked after many attempts, but everyone's different, so – the Lono is good, but you have to put in the effort...

Except for the descaling, it's great!
We've had the machine for years and are very happy with it. The compact size is especially great. Regarding the previous comment, or as a tip for anyone else who gets stuck during the descaling process: simply remove the water tank at the end, and the machine will recognize that the descaling cycle is complete. Even the customer service hotline doesn't know this trick...

Descaling my machine is a bottomless pit...
Basically, the espresso machine is fine – but the descaling program doesn't work. Everything is done correctly – 750 ml of descaling solution… exactly as it should be. And then this machine just won't leave me alone. I've tried the whole process three times… it doesn't matter. It's all the same… the thing just keeps wanting to be descaled. Software problem on the EPROM… whatever. I'm getting really annoyed with it – there doesn't seem to be a proper procedure – and I'm even a technician who knows what he's doing.

Superb, stylish, easy to use, timeless elegant design
The espresso machine is great. We've had it for over 5 years now and never had a problem. We only have one suggestion for improvement: an indicator to show when the water needs refilling.
