The machine makes delicious coffee. Unfortunately, it's been sent in for repair three times within 2.5 years.

Unfortunately, a customer service-related issue arose very early on.
We purchased our fully automatic coffee machine at the beginning of November 2025. The machine is used in a private household with three people and is intended to make 7-8 cups of coffee daily, primarily crema. Unfortunately, after only two months, the machine malfunctioned and referred us to customer service. We previously had a machine from a different manufacturer that ran flawlessly for almost 10 years. We are curious to see how our experience with customer service will be and whether we will be able to use the machine again soon.

Ekspres jest cichy. There are also graphics in different panels. You'll want to know what you're looking for. Dobrze skonfigurowane polecenia . Łatwy dostęp do pojemników na wode fusy. Dodatkowym atutem jest możliwość przygotowania napoju z kawy mielonej. Ekspres ładnie się prezentuje zwłaszcza w ciemnym pomidzczeniu

Good coffee, easy to use
Good coffee and easy to use; the coffee grounds are very dry, hopefully this will result in less mold growth in the machine. Unfortunately, there's no information on when, how often, or where servicing (internal cleaning) is required.
