Acceptable
The design is okay, but it's quite heavy and also unbalanced. Furthermore, the water level is difficult to see; you have to hold it quite high to check. I bought it specifically because of the external water level indicator, so I'm dissatisfied.

Unsatisfied
The kettle looks great, but after six months of normal use, it's become increasingly noisy. Now that we have a two-week-old baby, it's become very loud. We'll be returning it and hope to receive fair compensation.

Lid hinge broken
As has been described many times before, the lid hinge on mine has also broken. So far, there has been no response to my request for a replacement part.

The kettle is good, but I think the cord base could have been made a bit more stable because the whole kettle wobbles a lot when the water boils. That's why it doesn't get 5 stars.

Unfortunately, it broke down too quickly.
A lovely kettle that I still really like. Unfortunately, it started leaking shortly after the warranty expired, making it a safety hazard! Sadly, I haven't received any feedback from the manufacturer, which I find very disappointing!

Stable, durable device
We've been using the Lono kettle daily for several years now. So far, we haven't had any problems. The water heats up quickly, and it's easy to clean and descale. The only downside is that the outside of the kettle gets hot, so it's not recommended for use around small children. We bought it because of its attractive design, which I felt was worth the price.
