Not good quality despite WMF
The handle on the lid completely disintegrated after 2 years.

Expensive junk. Device defective for the second time.
I've already had to exchange this kettle once. It always breaks down after about a year. It seems they've deliberately used parts designed not to last long, or the electronics are poorly made. It appears the glass insert isn't heat-resistant and is also very delicate. This is why the exchange process with WMF takes so long. I waited several months. Never again WMF.

Good design, but usability could be improved.
Oh, a mechanically well-designed product made of high-quality materials, though the design could be worse. I find the excessively loud and intrusive confirmation tone annoying; it sounds not only when the timer expires, but also when switching the device on and off. I feel less patronized by any cheap, junky kettle.

It delivers on its promises
It arrived, was unpacked, and impressed us. We are avid tea drinkers and are very impressed by the sophistication of this product. Very well thought out, beautifully digital, and versatile.

Not just a kettle or tea maker....!
Great appliance: kettle for water and tea, keeps drinks warm, makes yogurt, and, if grandchildren ever come along, warms bottles and jars. Visually very stylish and elegant. Highly recommended.
