Super
I used to think that you didn't need a special appliance for just a few mushrooms. But my son keeps bringing home more and more mushrooms, and this is much more efficient than the oven.

technically superb
Technically excellent material, but with a defect. After the first use, cracks appeared on the floor of the drying chamber.

Very satisfied
was looking for a small, powerful dehydrator for my household – for healthy eating and food storage – that wouldn't take up much space in my kitchen. I found this one. So far, I've only used it to make vegetables for tomato powder, soup garnish, and granulated vegetable broth, but I'm very happy with the results. Since some of the vegetables were going into the grinder anyway, they were cut relatively small, and the drying time was sometimes even shorter than the time specified by WMF, even though everything had to be bone dry for storage. I can wholeheartedly recommend this appliance. I'll probably try drying fruit next, and I'm sure I'll be pleased with the results.

Food dehydrator
This food dehydrator absolutely lives up to its promises and fits perfectly in a smaller kitchen. It includes 5 trays, which can be expanded to 8. The display is very attractive and easy to use. The automatic shut-off is also a great feature.

It does what it's supposed to.
It takes a while, I've only dried apple rings so far, they taste good. I'll probably try mushrooms soon, we'll see, can't say anything about that yet.
