Definitely not recommended!
The worst toaster we've ever had. When toasting rolls, for example, you can't turn the heat down low enough to prevent them from getting too dark. Our €15 toaster in our holiday apartment works much better! A complete disappointment and absolutely unacceptable for the price. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BUYING THIS!

Visually appealing in Cromargan, the toaster also scores points for functionality – long slices and wider pieces are toasted reliably and evenly – I am very satisfied with this compact replacement for my old, broken toaster.

Elegant long toaster
A very attractive, elegant long toaster, much more practical than two small slots side by side. The surface looks very sophisticated, the overall design is appealing, and the crumb tray is well integrated and easy to remove. The only drawback is that the browning control slider could be stiffer or have locking points to prevent the preferred browning level from changing unintentionally. A highly recommended toaster that can also be a decorative item in the kitchen when not in use.

Beautiful to look at, but unusable due to overheating.
unpacked the toaster and tried it out. After the third use, the outside of the toaster was so hot that it was best not to touch it. I then repacked it and sent it back. It's a shame, as it seems to be of very high quality.

Broken beyond repair after 2.5 years
It looks really nice and toasts quite well, even for those with patience. But after 2.5 years, the carriage that lifts the toast slices no longer stays down. Nothing is dirty, but the coil isn't receiving any power. It's irreparably broken. I definitely advise against buying it.

The toaster toasts the bread evenly and seems sturdy. We are satisfied.
