Great toasting result

Wonderful, takes up very little space, works perfectly. Four settings, you can also defrost and warm things up. We are thrilled!

WMF store in Munich: staff very bad.

I've owned two Stelio toasters. One from December 31, 2021, until about January 2023. Then the thermostat started acting up. When toasting different slices of bread, they were toasted unevenly, even though the dial setting hadn't been changed. I took that toaster to the recycling center. I bought another Stelio toaster because I liked the design. I threw that one out yesterday! The same problem occurred again: uneven toasting of the slices, and on Sunday, the toast was flying all over the kitchen! Unfortunately, WMF quality (made in China, like so many formerly German brands) leaves much to be desired. I've switched to a cheaper product from another German brand—with a five-letter name. Only my Stelio egg cooker (my second in ten years, as the plastic insert broke on the first one) still brings me joy, or rather, makes eggs exactly how I like them.
