Unfortunately, not of good quality.
After purchasing the knife, it was initially a great product; it cut superbly. After two years, the handle broke. I complained to WMF, and after several weeks of waiting and sending emails (the telephone contact told me to send an email with pictures), I eventually received a new knife. After another six months, the new knife broke again in the same place—I repeat, in the handle (I don't understand how this is possible). Both knives show signs of rust at these points of breakage, presumably under the entire handle. After emailing them about this renewed problem, I received no response for weeks. Even after a follow-up email, I still haven't received a reply. Therefore, both the product itself and the customer service are poor. I advise against buying this product. Unfortunately, I can't upload pictures; I would have liked to do so to illustrate the issue.
