Even better than expected
Unpacked it, quickly cleaned it, mixed the batter, and made perfect crepes without any problems. Cleaning afterwards was effortless. And today I used it for pancakes, which worked just as well.

Damaged item - No service
received a damaged pan, but haven't heard from customer service in over a week. I'll never buy WMF again; they charge premium prices but deliver Chinese-made goods. Quality control seems to be a foreign concept to them.

Nice pancake maker, but the coating won't last!
A good pancake maker, but after half a year of use, the coating began to become covered with small (1mm) bubbles!

It delivers on its promises
Easy to handle (and not too heavy), the crepes release easily from the base. And flipping them by tossing them in the air works quite well too. :-) I'm really enjoying it.
