No comparison to the pans I've used before! The steak doesn't stick, the crust is incredibly thin, and cleaning is a breeze. I hope it stays that way with continued use!

Absolutely perfect steak frying pan
We'd previously used a very good WMF pan for everything, and as a steak lover, I ordered the "WMF Steak Profi Frying Pan, Ø28cm" at a fantastic promotional price. I'm absolutely impressed with the perfectly cooked steak. The innovative RAPID HEAT CONTROL function heats the pan extremely quickly and sears the beef fillet steak to a super crispy finish, even when cooked medium. The pan cooled down relatively quickly after being removed from the ceramic cooktop and is easy to clean after use. The heat-resistant Duraquarz® coating is excellent.

Nothing sticks, even after multiple uses! Top pan, I would buy it again.

Unfortunately, a flop.
We were thrilled with it until the third use. Now, even a simple omelet sticks, and the residue is difficult to remove. We'll be returning the pan. This shouldn't happen at this price. I think I'll get some advice from a store first. The handling and design are very good, though.
