Poor, defective goods (B-grade?) 3 out of 4 ordered products had clear defects!!!
Absolute disappointment: I ordered four products from WMF online; three of the items were unfortunately defective and some were damaged. Very annoying and extremely disappointing. I didn't expect such poor quality from WMF!

The bowl arrived with two defects.
The bowl arrived with two defects. When I called customer service, I was told to send an email with photos. I did this on January 20th, including two photos clearly showing the defects. Since I had paid the full price of €49.99, I requested a refund, a voucher, or a gift of approximately €20. I was told that none of this was possible, even though I had spent almost €300 on this order from WMF and had previously purchased several items. They simply stated that the online and other services were not compatible and that I had to return the goods (despite the 14-day return period due to Covid), even though I waited nine days for a response. Very poor service; I will never buy from them again. In the future, I will prefer to buy from Zwilling or similar retailers.
