WMF Spätzle press
I'm extremely disappointed with this product; the holes are far too large for spaetzle. I tried several variations with the dough, but unfortunately, it always just resulted in a lump of dough in the water. Not recommended for spaetzle.

The spaetzle press has too many holes. As a result, the spaetzle are far too short when filled, and because the holes are too close together, they also stick together. A count revealed that it has 20 more holes than Grandma's good old aluminum press. Completely unsuitable for a Swabian like myself.

Rivet broken
It's actually a great device. Pressing potatoes through it wasn't so good. The rivet broke on one side and I haven't dared to try re-enabling it yet.

Great kitchen gadget! It's been through the dishwasher several times without any problems. Since only the plastic insert gets dirty, only that needs to go in the dishwasher. In short: good quality, easy to use.
