Disappointing and inferior
This barista sugar dispenser is simply awful. The lid and the glass both look cheap and low-quality. Opening it makes a harsh, annoying noise. The design is also impractical – the dispenser only works properly when it's completely full. Overall, it's poorly made and definitely not worth buying.

We previously had a sugar dispenser that always crumbled. Thankfully, we don't have that problem anymore. Plus, this one dispenses much better.

Barista sugar dispenser
It looks good and feels good in the hand. It's very sturdy and won't break if it's dropped. Unlike the previous reviewers, my lid doesn't fall off.

Nice dispenser with one small drawback
The dispenser is large and easy to clean. However, the rubber ring no longer fits snugly, so the lid needs readjusting. I've had the experience a few times that the lid was loose and ended up with more sugar than intended in my tea. After a while, you get the hang of it. Then it's fine. I have three of them: one for white sugar, one for brown sugar, and one as a chocolate sprinkler.

fits well in the hand
It's nice and heavy, and fingerprints aren't often visible on the cap (which I actually expected). The amount dispensed with a single tilt (about 1 heaped teaspoon) is just right for me, but of course, this may vary from user to user. Regarding older reviews: Mine doesn't squeak, and the lid doesn't fall off.

Very nice to look at, but the lid doesn't stay on!
I just bought the sugar dispenser; it looks great and feels good in the hand... unfortunately, it's a real shame that the lid keeps falling off, especially considering the price! That shouldn't happen; I expected better quality from WMF.

Looks great, but it squeaks
As described above, it really makes a difference when making coffee, it squeaks, but relatively loudly when turning.
