Poor quality
I thought I'd get high quality directly from the factory outlet, but shortly after getting home I discovered that one of the straws had a crack in the side. It wasn't damage, but a manufacturing defect, so it was cheaply made (by whomever) and sold at a relatively high price. Exchanging it was no problem, the staff were extremely friendly and even offered me an espresso, hence the two stars.

A good alternative!
A good alternative to plastic or paper. HOWEVER, the cleaning brush is a bit shorter than the straw. Therefore, it's not possible to properly clean out the dirt (longer brushes, for example, would allow for better cleaning).
