can only echo what others have said: the carafe drips when pouring. I've also figured out where the problem lies. After pouring, some liquid always remains above the strainer because the lowest point is at the rim, where there are no holes to allow the liquid to flow back into the carafe. That's not so bad in itself. The problem is that the liquid slowly but surely seeps out through the seal below the metal part and collects on the outside above the sealing rings. The next time you pour, the water runs between the glass and the metal and drips onto the table. Often, the water also runs down the side of the carafe and drips from the other end. The only way to prevent this is to tilt the carafe very quickly and steeply; then it drips into the glass. But for the price, I'm really annoyed by this design flaw. Apparently, everyone has this problem, so I don't understand why the carafe is still being sold like this.

I have two carafes of this model. On one, the spout seals properly, but on the other, it drips. I haven't found a solution to prevent this yet. For the price, I find this quite annoying, as a dripping carafe is completely unusable for me.

The carafe looks very nice and feels good in the hand, but unfortunately it leaks... That shouldn't happen at this price.

Beautiful carafe, easy to clean, but the whole table gets wet after pouring. It drips like crazy. I haven't found a solution yet. This makes the carafe, which wasn't exactly cheap, no fun at all.

The beautifully shaped carafe feels great in the hand. Unfortunately, the lid doesn't close properly, making it completely unsuitable for carbonated drinks. What a shame!
