Poor exchange policy.
Hello, I wanted to exchange my carafe for a larger one today. I had the receipt with me at the store. Unfortunately, I didn't have my bank card with me, so an exchange wasn't possible. I had to buy a new, larger water carafe. Simply exchanging it for a larger one and then refunding the difference isn't an option. This is unacceptable service.

Pretty glass carafe with self-closing, drip-proof lid; attractive design, easy to clean, fits very well in the hand.
